Venice Carnevale

Carnivale! The biggest event all year in Venice. I got invited to go by two friends. What a hoot! We ate at hard rock and just walked... and walked.... and walked... and walked. They jumped in pictures with random people, danced their way through crowds. It was a blast!

Mom's birthday Recap

Back on January 20th, we celebrated my mom's birthday I posted a picture of The rose i got her. But never really said what we did.

Dan got the cake for me as a surprise. I went and got balloons to release up to her. It was really nice. Until... my kids started to sing happy birthday. I cried. Dan cried. We all cried. It sucked, in a weird not bad, not good way.

Snowboarding

This winter we picked up on snow boarding. It is a blast! We visited two slopes. Piancallo, right by Aviano, Italy and folgaria.

These are two gorgeous places to visit. Except my anxiety of mountain driving. We all know how awesome that is HA!

3 months until my birthday....

Garmisch, Germany

We too the kids to Germany a few weeks back. This was the view from our room. We also went to zugspitze. The highest points in Germany. You have to take this cable car up. Scary!! So far up. Gorgeous view of Austria, the French alps, Germany. Amazing. We have decided we want to live there. The drive is only about 4 hours from us. And all highway.

No excuses

I have 2 iphones and ipad and 3 computers... Why is it I cannot find the time to blog? When sitting in the parking lot waiting for a child to get out of whichever club it is that day, I surely can whip up a post!

I actually have so much to share and I will.. I promise.. today!

UBP 2012

Well it's that time again! I love the Ultimate Blog Party. I find so many new blogs to read and people to connect with. Not to mention, it comes around at the perfect time to kick me in the rear and get blogging again. I always tend to slack off around the holiday's and have a hard time getting back in gear.

I am Jenn, wife to Dan, this year marks 10 years! Mom to Cassidy, Brianna, Kaiden and Boston. We are a military family living in Italy. Don't be jealous, it's not the vacation everyone dreams of.

I blog about life, traveling and helping military families. I've also recently been contacted to do some book reviews, so those posts will be up soon!
