Chicken Tortilla Soup

I did some research and took bits and pieces and made my very own chicken tortilla soup for my family. My kids love it and we rarely have left overs :(

1 large can corn drained (or 1/2 frozen bag)
2 cans diced tomatoes with chilis drained
1-2 cans black beans drained, depending on how much you like them
1 large container (carton) not can of chicken stock/broth
2 packages of the oscar myer southwest precooked chicken breast diced.

Mix it all up in a pan and warm until hot. HAHA.

*you can add more or less of anything to make it your desired soup thickness*

Serve with sour cream and chives if you wish (tried it but the sour cream got funky on it, so i put it on the side)

Now the tortilla part.. you can use the chips or what we do is a package of soft tortilla shells. cut them in half and then into 1/2-1 inch strips. Spray baking sheet with pam and then bake them on 375 until lightly browned. I prefer these over the chips.
