Orange peel, tequila jello shots
Cut oranges in half scrape out until to the white. Dont rip out the 'plugs' on the ends.
Place in muffin tin! Huge help to keep stable.
Fill with jello- my recipe is
3oz jello pack
1cup boiling water
2/3 cup tequila
Fridgerate until hardened.
Flip those suckers upside down and get out your best steak knife. And slice into 3 or 4 slices.
These were a huge hit at a birthday party tonight!
i found that if you boil the fruit for about 5-8 minutes in a covered pot... it loosens the skin and makes scooping them out easier. :)
